What Cultural Competence Training Looks Like For Your College or University
This training will provide specific techniques and strategies designed to improve upon and enhance equality, the appreciation for differences and to value the input and ideas of all in order to make your organization its most productive
For your convenience, Opn•Wyd® will travel to your location to facilitate the Cultural Competence Training based upon the arrangements of your schedule
The training is designed for your residential life staff, faculty, support staff and/or administrators
Cultural Competence Training can be fully completed in 2-3 days, based upon your availability
The training is interactive, fun and energized. Therefore, a group of 50 or less works best for each training
