Currently earning a Doctorate in Human Sexuality at Widener University, Justin has been a middle school Spanish teacher and an educator at the graduate level during the last two decades. He has served as the vice president for the board of directors of a non-profit organization designed to provide safety and support for gay and straight youth, their family and friends. His extensive knowledge on the topic of diversity and his merit as an instructor, allows all individuals who participate in his trainings and workshops to gain an awareness that can empower them to be an ally for themselves and others. Thus, providing the opportunity for genuine learning and productivity to take place within any organization.
